Edgar Allain has spent his life searching for truths – learning from the greatest thinkers of our time, constantly pushing the envelope of what leadership, motivation, and purpose are all about.
As a John Maxwell speaker and trainer, he has helped countless business owners and community leaders to grow themselves, and by doing so, grow their impact and their businesses. His goal for his clients is simple: leave people with a clearer understanding of themselves, their purpose, and what makes a good life.
Through full week retreats in beautiful Costa Rica to mini-retreats, mastermind groups, leadership training and personal mentoring, Edgar has set out to change the world, one leader at a time.
I have known Edgar Allain professionally for more than 15 years. As a Director in the public service, I have found his contributions to be invaluable and reflective of what true leadership is. As an Instructor, Edgar inspires by his leadership and his ability to embrace those that are in his class. He is present and sincere and encourages all those that take part in his journey to learn not only about the subject matter at hand but also learn about themselves along the way.
I met Edgar Allain a few years ago. I have worked with him on various government training projects and I recognize that he has exceptional qualities in the field of pedagogy. I must add that whether it is developing or delivering educational information, Edgar brings his human touch which is an added value in increasing learning. We have undertaken several projects together, and it is always a pleasure for me to work with him.
